Maura Sweeney (she/her) is an ICF-certified mission-driven career and executive coach focused on helping people pursue lives of meaning, purpose, and joy.

Maura has coached hundreds of people through career transitions and advancement. She partners with professionals to successfully navigate systems and achieve their goals. She employs adaptability, focused listening skills, and a depth of knowledge in her work coaching professionals from myriad backgrounds and experience levels.

Maura has held progressive leadership roles in higher education and non-profits, spanning alumni engagement, career development, and recruiting. 

She earned her B.A. in French from the College of the Holy Cross, her M.Ed. in Adult and Organizational Learning from Northeastern University, and her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and has a Strong Interest Inventory Certification. She serves on the board of the Alumni Career Services Network and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Career Counselors Consortium NE, and the Institute of Coaching.

Maura lives in the Boston Metro West area with her spouse, two children, two dogs, and cat.
